You can ask for a refund from your billing page within the period shown below, counted from the moment you paid. We answer every request by email.

📦 Products

Refundable within 7 days of payment

When a refund is approved, the license stops working. For a renewal, only the added time is removed.

🎓 Academy

Refundable within 3 days of payment Courses: only if you watched no more than 20% of the course. Certificates and extra attempts: only before you start an exam.

How it works

Open your billing page and press “Request a refund” next to the order.
We review it and email you the answer.
The money goes back the way you paid. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to appear.

Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or the payment went through but you got nothing? That is always our mistake to fix — contact us with your order number, even after the refund period.
